The Care Level you get with a Business Line depends on the size of the business, i.e. how much you spend.

If say you're a National Company with multiple sites and spends thousands or even hundreds of thousands a year then you'll get special treatment.

If your Dave the Local Window Cleaner then the package you'll get won't really be much different to what you get now.

Also those Care Level Packages refer to Phone Faults Anyway.

I think it's safe to say that I'm at the 'Dave the window cleaner' end of the spectrum as opposed to Zuckerberg. Sounds like I'm better off saving my money then. Thanks!

Or buy a 4G router with a PAYG Sim as redundancy should your fixed line go down, if the internet is that critical for you.
