I have moved houses a couple of months ago and since then myupload speed is extremely slow. Sending an email takes ages. I did not have the same issue at my previous address. I assume I am on ADSL max, hence how coulld i upgrade to ADSL2+?

you have been put on adslmax probably because your downspeed is less than 8mb The mods will post here and try and help get you upgraded to adsl2
