Upgrading broadband to ADSL2+

Hi Neil, I believe I am having the same issue but can't seem to find the 'contact the mods' link on your profile. Any chance you can direct me there?

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post!  I have moved your post to start your own thread as the thread you had posted on is quite old and has already been marked as solved.

I understand you'd like to upgrade your broadband to ADSL2(+).  Can you enter your number here >> BT Broadband availability checker << and post a screenshot of the results? (Please remember to remove your phone number from the screenshot before posting).

Whenever you post back we'll take it from there.
