Re: Video calls causing issues for other devices

Just wondering about whether having the HH5 power plugged into an extension block could be making a difference? Next to the phone socket we only have one electric socket so have to use an extension to plug both the hub and the phone power lines in. The extension has surge protection....would a non-surge protected extension help at all? Or would this potentially make it worse and damage the hub.

if it is only the power cable that is connected to extension then that should not cause you any problems

The hub and also the landline phone power are both plugged into the same extension...it’s a block with 4 sockets on, so just 2 in use.

I don't see that as a problem
