I would wait another couple of days then post the stats from your hub again showing stable connection. then try 1 reset and see if that gets speed back but if not repost stats and see if mods will help again
have had a txt and a mseeage from bt to say my is now fine and they found a fault at the exchange.
got back on to bt as my broadband speed is still only 572kbps and they say there is no fault with my line
and the minimum for my line is 512kbps so i am getting 60kbps over my minimum contacted speed (splitting hairs)
all i want is the dynamic line management
I feel like telling them where to stick it but im to polite
