your stats are good with max connection speed for adslmax. the problem is exchnage congestion which need wholesale to upgrade the virtual path. once that's done your download speed will return to normal - just need to wait and hopefully the mods will be able to speed things along or at very least keep you up to date on fix timescale
on same exchnage as gt900uk and suffering the same exchange congestion so same VP. btspeedtester which has already been done will just confirm the slow/poor download speed. just need to get wholesale moving as that is 2 customers posting with same problem on same exchange

Your router has reset and your connection speed has dropped from 8mb to 4.7mb hence the lower profile
