Hi Have checked several times and the speed 1152 never changes on the hub yet speed check is down at 0.65 on the BT speed test?
download speed will/can vary depending on internet traffic and quality of your conenction. BT or any ISP do not guarantee a download speed
Its also affected by the number of CRC errors that may be occurring on your line. Unfortunately this information was removed from the display on the later home hubs, so you cannot get a true indication of what is going on
CRC (Cyclic Redundancy Check) errors, cause information to be resent, which slows down the throughput.
on a different track is there an email address that gets contact with BT without filling out a complaint/fault form?
