looks like banding may be starting to release however as you have waited a while I have asked mods to see if the can help get you out banding and reset noise margin back to normal 6db they will post here
Thought I would give a mini update, Mods managed to reset the noise margin/banding last Thursday (21st), Speed was alright for the first day or two then started dropping, obviously still in the 10 day period so waiting on that to settle itself down. Had a good few drops since the reset but I guess that is the line finding the correct profile? not too sure if DLM drops the line to make its changes or not.
Line has also got back to interleaved.
This is the speeds at the time of each re-connection.:
I take it this is DLM finding the correct speed????

So woke up this morning to a tear inducing download speed of 576Kbps . Which is brilliant on my day off. Please tell me this is just DLM messing around to find the correct profile, just seems to be getting lower and lower!

you appear to have a line problem and this is nothing to do with 10 day settling period
as mods reset your noise margin and in so short a time you are back in fact worse than before suggests a problem with your line
check your line for any noise dial 17070 option 2 should be silent and best with corded phone
are you currently using the test socket with a filter to see if that helps your stability also check any extension socket to make sure there is no dial tone when you are connected to test socket
there is no point in resetting noise margin again until the underlying fault is fixed and you can get a stable connection
it would be better to try test socket with a corded phone even when you have a filtered master socket any noise on cordless apart from dull hum is a problem but better with test socket confirmation. this helps avoid the engineer call out charge of £85 if problem in your home
assuming you actually do get engineer to fix a fault then hopefully your line will stabilise on it's own and then speed increase without any assistance
So engineer came around yesterday and found a ground earth fault, he fixed it there and then and the line showed no errors on his test, he tried to get a DLM reset done to get the line back to normal but the lines were too busy.
I phoned BT and they said they would get a full reset done, few hours later it went down and came back but no change in speed, phones them about 20mins ago and they have stated they have done a full refresh that will happen in 1-2hours, is this the same as a noise margin reset??
speed currently is like dial up, horrendous to try and use especially on a day off from work...
