Re: drop outs snice May 2011

He's in the pit outside now, poor man - It's been lashing it down too. Came in to re-move his line tracer off the line. still in the pit and it's starting to rain again 😞

It would be best if you contact SeanD yourself as it may be some time before he may read the post

Re: drop outs snice May 2011

As it's been days from when i last posted about my fault and that, here we go!

Well the fault is still open only due to making sure the fault is fixed.

today my sync has reached 4MEG the most i have ever seen on my line.

The MOD's have been so helpful and have been in contact with me all the way!

I been given credits and compo for the problems, which i thank them for 🙂

Yesterday I renewed my contract with BT my monthly service charges are now £35 from £60.

I'm now waiting for wholesale to upgrade my Cabin at the end of the road. All the other boxes have been done on the main road near me, so here's hoping mine will be done soon. hehe!

Shame it's not been done already but the openreach guy did tell me that it only serves 200 ish customers at the moment.

here my new stats from the router. which you can see is a lot better.

tho the FEC Events look a little high but i'm sure thats just the inerleveling working as it does.

My new order will take place on the 9th May and i hope all will be fine on the net side of things.

So fingers crossed.

Re: drop outs snice May 2011

stats looking good nowSmiley Wink

noise margin low at 3.4 but that is not unusual on 21CN if your line is now stable - also helps give a bit faster speed
