had issues with connection since joining BT in april, awful speed and connection compared to my previous isp O2, connected to master socket with a filtered faceplate, quiet line test is fine all be it with a cordless phone but i am still getting several disconnections daily. when the connection works it is ok, but i am really fed up with it know, does anyone know if i am able to leave my contract without penalty? as the service being given to me is not acceptable

the last time you posted I asked you to connect to test socket and repost stats and you were about and repost stats.
now we're back with same problem and same request
adsl filtered faceplate v1.0 fitted maybe 3/4 years ago is it worth investing in a new one?
before going to that expense I wiuld connect your router to the test socket via a filter and repost the stats. if that helps your connection then maybe it is time to replace SSFP

stats similar so now leave connected and see if that helps stabilise your connection
