dropped connection 2 hours ago or so, why does it keep dropping
I had a phone call @ 09.31 am this morning and this is about the time that my connection dropped, is there chance that this caused disconnnnection, never happened with previous isp, could the hub be faulty?
if you are still connected to the test socket then phone home from mobile and see if conenction drops? does it drop if you make a call?
still connected to test socket, i've just dialled out then called in on my mobile shortly after i had no broadband
so what's the answer?I never had any trouble like this with O2 my previous isp, I am sorry I left them
any suggestions, can the mods help?
current stats after disconnect
I suggest you contact the forum mods to get this problem sorted for you this is a link to them http://bt.custhelp.com/app/contact_email/c/4951

seems to be after incoming call, about 1 min 30 seconds after an incoming call from my mobile there is loss of connection, yet quiet line test there is no crackles or noise
it could be a high resistence fault but that normally disconnects your broadband when the phone rings not well after the call has ended. still contacting mods will help get problem fixed - probably engineer visit required
After monitoring today, it's definitely getting knocked off when I receive an incoming call, it's just happened again
just waiting on the mods contacting me
as you have already contacted the mods then just a matter of waiting until mods contact you
