Re: dropped connection

Go to solution

I had a phone call @ 09.31 am this morning and this is about the time that my connection dropped, is there chance that this caused disconnnnection, never happened with previous isp, could the hub be faulty?

Re: dropped connection

I have contacted the Mods, really hope they can help, lots of people said I was foolish coming to BT Broadband, They're certainly not the cheapest out there, I'm a firm believer in, you get what you pay for, in my case all I seem to be getting is grief, thanx for your assistance

Re: dropped connection

seems to be after incoming call, about 1 min 30 seconds after an incoming call from my mobile  there is loss of connection, yet quiet line test there is no crackles or noise

Re: dropped connection

Go to solution

it could be a high resistence fault but that normally disconnects your broadband when the phone rings not well after the call has ended.  still contacting mods will help get problem fixed - probably engineer visit required
