high latency / interleaved

I am hoping that there is a BT tech mod hear that is able to turn my Interleaved off.I have tried calling the BT tech but they did not understand what I was requesting. 

as i play online gameswhich need a low latency

your connection time is only 1+ days is that due to manual reset or router dropping connection?

 

you cannot turn interleaved off but you can get latency changed to fast which is preferred setting for gamers.  however this may make your line less stable and if you strat dropping conenction then the DLM will put your line back on interleaved

i had a  power outage due to  bad weather

 

i know i can have "fast" but getttting them to understand a word i say is another thing.

can a tech or mod   help me here please

you must be able to show 3days + stable connection before the mods will undertake a move to fastpath

As you now have 4days the mods will help you get latency changed to fast. They will post a contact us link.
