we have had download speed of up 10mb but now has dropped down to less than 2
our ip profile for the line has dropped to 2mb maxium
Our router is always on and have no drop out of service any ideas

stats show reset 7hrs ago has there been other drops as that would explain the low profile
You need to use photo A 2mb profile would be consistent with your current connection speed
are you using a cordless phone for quiet line test?
have you tried using test socket with filter even if you have a filtered master socket at present
