Can someone form BT please rest my ip profile. Before anybody says anything I have waited 11 days and still no increase.
Up until recently i was getting between 4 and 5 Mb/s but now only getiing just over 3.

When i was with plusnet they did not mind resetting my profile and they found a way so it would not rest all the time which has been fine until some work down the road which replace some telephone lines which reset my profile.
So if a BT employee could do it.
