Have had **bleep** service from bt have moved from satelite system to bt speeds of 0.30 download and 0.02 upload and an advisor says there is nothing wrong as that is acceptable speeds. it may be in rural India!!!!!
been told that fault at exchange but will be repaired on 7th then 9th then 11th 14th and now 16th Feb. i can see the box from my window and there has been no engineer any where near it since the fauld reported 2 weeks ago.
are they programmed to tell you lies as when you check fault status they say its now closed and another fault opened so looks like you have a new fault in last 24 hrs. terrible company that say they have award winning broadband, whats the award for annoying customers?

Which BT home hub do you have?
using a home hub 4 and says i can have speeds up to 7mb on standard line, i am getting half the speed of a 256 modem
The exchange is at one end of my land and the junction box is at the other. I live on a small island and we have one openreach engineer on the island, he said i should be getting around 4mb with my distance from exchange as only around 2km from exchange and 750m from junction box
