very slow broadband

is anyone suffering very slow broadband mine is less than 1 mps

Is there any noise on your phone calls? Dial 17070 and select option 2, there should be no noise between the announcements.

home hub 4 it depends on what time of day after midnight i get around 10mps but in the morning after 8 it gets slower as the day gos on right now im getting 1.4 mps
