Probably an anti-spam measure seeing as you only joined today & haven't posted anything other than wanting to leave. May have to give it a day or two.

Understood - only joined as I was fed up waiting for 30 minutes on a long distance call to delete my unused main BT account. BT makes it so hard to remove personal data - poor effort!
