I have signed up for BT Digital Voice Trial. Has anyone managed to get the trial actually set up? I keep being told that my order has failed when I phone BT customer service and that at some point the "offline team" will contact me
They are busy. You will eventually receive details on contact numbers etc.

Few issues with order
just seen order closed setup was easy had to wait for e-mail that they were moving me over put new hub on line with the new voip software v15
Phones that were sent out setup using WPS that was easier than the order process
The phones are so clear on talking to people
The only issues is that i cannot use the bt wholesale webpage as not setup for the Voip yet for checkibg my IP as speed seems to have dropped
but they say that is due to moving to new servers and now on the 10 day staberation .
Over all calls are clearer but now has impact on the band width it uses as well as the you view box and normal web base viewing with laptop and tablets..
So broadband speed does make a mark now.
If Sky as they are talking about switching the SKY Q box fully over to the Broadband with is 6 channel recording
Then you bandwidth will go quickly.
Have just noticed that the DSL checker does not work now
As now moved to Voip no copper phone working
There is no data available for this number. This could be either because it is not a BT line or it is a new BT number that has just been provided. Most new numbers will appear on the checker 24 hours after BT has installed the line.

Thanks so much for the replies. I should have made it clearer that I have had initial contact. And went through the initial set up call on the phone with "customer service." But on the phone to BT customer service I now keep being told that my "order has failed" and that there is nothing that can be done except by the offline team. And I cannot be given any timeline at all for when I will be contacted for follow up. Apparently it may potentially be weeks or months.

I was lucky as i was the first one to order they were able to sort my issues straight away.
Once you are moved over you will notice a differance much clear calls also seems to though quicker.
I will be sad if BT give this one up
After the old HTC phone with the Voip number and smart Talk being shut down
Just waiting for the Sip setting so i can setup my Mobile for the Voip working.
