Hi, I joined the community a couple of years ago when we had just joined BT and had billing issues which the crew on here resolved better than the online\call centres offered.
My problem is at the moment I can not remember my password and when trying to reset it I get the email, follow the link and type in a complient password to get a red warning message saying I dont have the rights to amend my password.
Anyone able to help has I have had to register again with a different email address to write this

Ideally I need to speak with you to help you. If you aren't free to speak please send me a private message telling me the username you have issues with.
Also, the error message that you state normally happens if you had Facebook connected to your Community profile.
