I'm trying to start a chat with technical support from the following page:
https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/technical-support/email
The "Message Now" button appears, but when I click it, nothing happens. I have tried this on Chrome and Firefox, with popup blocking disabled. The JavaScript console shows there are a load of errors.
Is there another way of contacting technical support?
