My services are down following the recent bad weather

The recent storms and bad weather have affected some of our customers’ services and led to problems with people’s phone lines and internet connections.


If your services are currently down or not working as they should, please check your telephone number with our service status page to see if there’s an outage in your area. If there is, rest assured our engineers are working hard to get everyone’s lines back up and running.


If your area isn’t listed, there are a few things you can do at home to check your services.



If your phone line isn’t working properly (e.g. there’s no dial tone, or the line is noisy) here is some helpful advice on how to check your equipment and report a fault online.

If your line is working fine but your broadband is playing up, please use this step-by-step guide to test your connection.



Also do use our online community if you need any help or advice with diagnosing your fault.


Our engineers are working hard to clear all faults reported to them following the bad weather, and if you’ve already reported a problem to us you can check its progress online.
