Exactly the same problem as reported on the 13th, then it was solved a few hours later, it is irrespective of Browser.
Web CSS is causing a problem and the day selection is not working. Has someone reloaded a faulty backup?

Annoying, I have 11 scam numbers to report!

I keep receiving scam emails and for the last two days scam telephone calls saying my BT Business account is overdue payment - it isnt - is there anything BT can do to stop these?  the emails come from recognised BT business accounts - presumably of people who have been hacked BUT how do the hackers get our phone number?  The phone call asks for payment via BT fast payment.

From both Chrome and Safari Browsers and not the CSS error from this morning. .

Hi @grockle I'm sorry you're having problems with the report a scam link. I've just tried that myself and it appears to be working ok on multiple browsers.

It's been up and down all week,

Sometimes them main screen works partly without the day entry, other times it works for entry then the thank-you screen after submission fails. I just tried it on Chrome and it failed at the main screen again with a 403 error. I've been using it almost daily since 1 year now, but this past week or two it fails on different browsers. Chrome, Safari, Firefox on Mac, Firefox, Bing, Chrome on windows .
All give a 403 message at this point in time.

Now the 403 error is gone the Screen fields appear almost correctly for filling out until you get to the When were you called. Here the Day field Calendar Icon is visible but you cannot select anything. The time pulldown works. This was the status 5 mins ago.
Now a Shift Reload and the whole CSS has gone missing, just text is visible. These similar problems have been popping up with this page for the past week now.
