Sorry We Couldn't Find Your Account

  

Hi All; not sure on which board this should go. 

"Sorry We Couldn't Find Your Account".  How can that be so when I was logged into my account on another page?!

  In this instance I was trying to get a check on my BB connection - speed on Fibre1 Hallo again down to < 10Mbs ( !&*%$*)

After last night's marathon with a BT 'Guide' to restore my BB speed (he said that I wasn't connected to the best channel but, he had now made sure that my connection would now auto connect to the fastest channel)  That doesn't seem to be happening so, it's another marathon to get to another 'guide' and start  over with the check again.

I apologise for the rambling, ranting nature of this post but, I am hopeful for any useful comments.
