Unable to re-arrange the engineer date on track my order for a fault

So, I have them coming out on monday for a fault now reported several times.  I do wish I could get Virgin in my area.

I am wanting to change the appointment date but there is no way of doing it from what I can see via my online account.

 

Any ideas?  

I have clicked on track my fault but no options are given
