email received asking me tAgree to the new unified Terms of Service and Privacy (📫 Action Required)

Is this a real email? Telling me if I don't agree to the new terms and conditions by Feb 28th my email account will be deleted.
I just don't trust these types of emails - sending me to a survey site...

If that purports to come from BT you're right to be suspicious. Best not to follow links in dodgy emails.

I sent it to BT Phishing email in the end and ignored it!
