How long do you expect a problem should take to get resolved, Will BT refund for poor broad band service or poor speeds. They will state that the speed did drop but bounce back with in a set time. THIS is **bleep** when you've worked hard all week and at the time you want to relax with your feet up watching a film brought over the BT system. BUt it will not play from start to finish. Taking several restarts and fast forwards to watch the film.
I am trying my best to give BT a change to understand the problem and react to it. I've even used the in house chat function. The out come was apauling. Can you raise this to the mods. as I feel it should be highlighted BT UK.

Yeah, followed the instructions from @NeilO fill out the contact form & have not heard back from them. Poor very poor!, as that was three days ago.
the mods normal reply time is 3/5 working days from receipt of the contact form the mod team is only small team of BT specialists and deal with each mail personally and strictly in turn taking personal ownership of the problem until fully resolved and they also provide a single point of contact in the UK

tesed again just now, Sunday at 18:54 and the speed test is roughly the same as above. Looks like some one has reset something. Or perphaps my Bandwidth has been increased. I will keep checking twice a day. every day from now on.
