~0.5mbps speed

Hi, for the best part of the month I have been getting excruciatingly slow internet speeds (never above 1mbps), I feel like I've tried everything; long tech support session, test socket, changing filter, other sockets, ethernet, wireless, reset, quiet line test etc...

However the internet speed still is at 0.5, 2 strange things which I have noticed are that in the morning (before around 7/8) I can get good speeds like 8-10mbps and the speed does drop throughout the day even without me connecting a computer; the other thing is that on speedtest.net the marker for me is being placed in a different location to where it was before the bad period.

The internet is bad for all users, not just me.

My Upload is unaffected and this seems reflected in my HEC errors.

I would delete the fault reference as this is a public forum.  so you have an open fault at present which may or may not fix your problem
