£100 prepaid mastercard

Hi. My Fibre 1 package has just gone live and speeds are good. I have just tried to claim the £100 prepaid mastercard that was offered through moneysavingexpert.com but bt rewards says I have no rewards to claim. I ordered the package on the 9.11.20. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Hi mt3, welcome to the forum and sorry you can't claim your reward card. If you are still unable to claim the reward card 15 days after your broadband was activated please post back and let us know and we'll be able to get the card claimed on your behalf.
