£110 BT Reward Card

Hi, 

I signed up for BT FIBRE 2 with £110 reward card but cannot see any rewards available to claim/collect. My activation date was 12/04/21.
I'm not sure if I'm looking in the right place for it. Can someone assist please?

I've managed to get onto a rewards page that says "There are no rewards waiting to be claimed" which is weird as I haven't claimed anything yet.
