Purchased a mobile phone from BT last November - chasing the vouchers since beginning of 2017 - the email ping pong has just got ridicolous - I have the email confirmation, but alas the persons involved do not seem interested and replies are 14-21 days apart.
Can anyone on here please help.
I have used BT before for another mobile and got the vouchers no problem - so I know the system does work!!
