I'm wanting to claim my reward from BT, which is meant to appear online after activating Broadband, but the claims page says I'm not eligible for a reward. I'm a bit concerned as I ordered on the phone, but I made sure to ask if I could still get the card, making it clear that I would only order on that premise. I had to call as I had a lot of questions, then was told it was fine to do it all on the phone, so I went ahead.
