can someone explain the errors im getting, and the snr is still dropping

for 15hrs connected your stats look fine. the FEC errors are interleaving doing it's job and nothing to bother about.

 

you are in training period so fluctuations and disconections are expected as exchange tries to find best stable conenction

Connection looks good the FEC errors are nothing to orry about just shows interleaving is working

what i dont understand is that the engineer said my line was in good condition and he never got 1 error while testing which he said is very rare and my line is more than capable of 15meg speeds, i know im still in training but if i already had a higher speed than i have now why does continue to degrade on all my stats?, someone please explain it all im at loss and dont get it.Ive never had that many errors in 15 hours before and my previous service was really bad.

you are in adsl+ up to 20mb and currently connected at 14mb with the correct profile as you are on the new 88.2% of connection speed.  This will change everytime your connection speed changes without the wait of 3/5 days like before

thankyou, and sorry for being so dumb, i dont have a clue about adsl+, after reading something last night only then did i know it does things differently to adslmax, i apolagise for my spelling and the way i put sentences together, i cant even put sentences together when speaking lol, it all comes out dutch and same goes for writing, anyway thanks for your help and ill keep you posted another few days then if things go ok ill accept as solved.

your ip profile is 88.2% of your connection speed whichi is 12.7mb an your download speed was at that test 11.7mb a very good download speed for your connection you certainly have nothing at all to worry about you have a very good connection enjoy many woul bite your hands off for one like it
