1572 and Withheld Numbers Callers

I've registered for 1572 but despite me switching off the option, withheld numbers are still being blocked. I want to be able to receive calls from withheld numbers. Can anyone help with how I can configure this?

If you still come to no avail, contact the help team on 0800 800 150 and they should be able to disable this option for you 😁
