18 months, multi room still doesn't work, refund/ compensation options?

Hi All

 

First post. I've raised a number of complaints with BT and not got anywhere.


Since i signed up for BT Vision with sport - they have never activated multi-room despite verifying that i've paid for it. Netflix etc all work in HD so connectiviy not an issue.

 

I'm at the end of my tether... what are my options? ombudsman?


I'd appreciate any and all tips please.

Is it a BT YouView box you have?

Have you been paying the extra subscription for multiroom? Does it appear on your bill?

 I have had 3 cases over the last 18 months. each establish their fault. each fail to resolve. chat won't be any more skilled at handling the BT backend mismatch between their billing and operations.

 

My request is related to refund/ compensation options rather than going through another loop of the BT customer experience. I do appreciate your time answering this thread but the approach has been tried numerous times without success. 

So anyone can recommend a more formal route to take in order to get my money back?
