I have just seen my 1st bill, I have been over-charged by more than £70. I wish I had never switching my broadband and calls to BT after many connection issues now this. BT customer service advisors are impotent, they can't resolve anything and keep telling me someone will call be back, what's a point of spending 20 mins of the phone only to be told somone will call you back in the next 5-7 working days.
Switching to BT has been so time consuming and frustrating.

We've only been with BT since last Tuesday and already they are telling us that we have used up nearly all our monthly broadband allowance...this is impossible and we never had a problem on Orange in all the years we were with them. Can't seem to get anyone to listen and by the look of Google it seems to be a problem not just restricted to us. Having signed up to an 18 month contract this is very worrying.
Other new customers have reported a similar problem and the forum moderators have offered to look into it; you can contact them here. You won't be charged for this month.
