Hi @Roshys701 and @chappsy sorry that you are having this issue. I've sent you both a Private Message with details on how to contact the Mod team and we'll be happy to look into the problems you have further for you.
cheers
John
Same problem with my wireless HP printer not printing from our family iPads since I had the update on 4th April when BT were trying to resolve the problem on my Vodafone Sure signal failure.
if I do a network settings reset on the iPads I can print once, then it fails to connect on subsequent tries.
I can’t find a way to tell the iPad to use 2.4Ghz wifi on iOS 14 so hoping for a prompt fix to the update from BT soon.

You could always just switch off the 5GHz band in router settings, not ideal but until new update.
Hi @lifeonmars
Thanks. This is what I've done since late 2020 but I'm not so sure the update from 17th April addresses this issue.

The firmware v0.26.03.01286-BT is the issue at the moment.
Has anybody tried Mode 2? I am reluctant to swap back to the SH2 until there is a fix or a work-a-round apart from using an old HH6.
I tried Mode 2. Didn't help. Also tried disabling IPv6 just in case. Same, no help. I can sometimes briefly connect after a reboot, as my iPad sometimes starts with the 2.4GHz network, then quickly finds the 5GHz and printers/speakers etc are stuffed.
I requested BT to send me a SmartHub1 and am about to install it as a temporary fix.
Rather annoyingly I can’t connect to my SkyHD box from my iPad on the same network anymore and watch sky-go F1 practice as the sky box is on 2.4Ghz and the iPad on 5Ghz.
