Since upgrading to the Halo 2 system I am unable to print on my Canon Pixma Mg5250 printer. I know it's old but it was working fine on the previous Smart Hub. Is this likely to be caused by the same issue as the 2.4GHZ and 5GHZ bands issue?
If so will the update fix it? If so can I get the firmware update please?
I have tested there is nothing wrong with the printer by quickly reverting back to my previous Smart hub but am now back on Smart Hub 2

yes this will be the issue with the SH2. The firmware update should fix it. I would imagine it won’t be long before this is automatically rolled out to everyone due to scale of the issue and bbc coverage etc.

Having the same issue, as are lots of people in the thread linked below.
Is there really no way to force a firmware update? One member on the thread below is being sent a new router in order to get the new firmware!?
