I have a problem connecting my android device to my AudioPro wireless speaker. I am told by AudoPro that this is an issue with the BT Smart Hub 2 not being able to route between the 5Ghz and 2.4Ghz wifi networks. Can this be fixed?
First of all, thanks to the mods who have presumably been swamped as so many people have been affected.
It may help all of us to plan if anyone can provide some clarity on the process from this point forward, e.g. Once we provide account details should we expect to be contacted / has it been confirmed that there is a priority list for the firmware update / has anyone received the update and can confirm the issue is resolved / if the route to resolution is established, how long is this likely to take?

I notice that the firmware date on my hub has changed to today but the version is still the old one, do i have to restart or factory reset the hub for this to be activated?
Have spent hours today trying to connect a new HP Printer (Envy 6420) to my network. No joy. This was a replacement for my old HP (Envy 4257) which had been suffering from intermittent connectivity problems for a few months. I replaced it as it was simply worn out and kind of hoped a new printer that supported dual bands would help.
Well I'm getting nowhere. Software initially finds the printer but then fails at joining the network stage. Printer is close to the Smart Hub 2 so range is not a problem.
Checking my hub I see it is on v0.26.03.01286-BT with last update date of 17 April 2021.
When is the new update coming out?
