Try switching the 5GHz band off in router settings on your smart Hub, ensure Smart set up is also off remembering to save settings then try and connect printer.
It looks like you are on the old firmware which prevents devices from connecting to each other. You need to be on v0.26.04.04227-BT for your printer to work.
One of the moderators from this forum will PM you so they can arrange for the new firmware to be pushed to your hub.

@masterplumber I would avoid turning off your 5Ghz band as it's not a temporary fix or even a work around. By turning off the 5Ghz, you will be able to connect to your printer but you will have to sacrifice the faster 5Ghz frequency.
This will also force all your devices (smart home, door bell, mobile phones, tablets or computers etc.) to connect to the slower 2.4Ghz network.
You really need to be on the latest firmware (v0.26.04.04227-BT) so you can make the most of your internet connection by connecting to both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz bands (older devices on 2.4Ghz and newer devices on the faster 5Ghz band).

Well , turning off 5GHz whilst wishing to print works for me, afterwards I switch back on 5GHz . To me that is a work a round and temporary fix. until the new firmware is pushed.
Can I have the update please?
Thanks
I will also request an update please.
How do you check which version the hub is on please?

I agree with you @lifeonmars. If one needs to print something urgently, then it's not a bad option to temporarily disable 5Ghz and re-enable it after the firmware has been updated.
@netlaw : Please follow the below steps to check your firmware:
