Thanks to the team, I now have the firmware update and restarted my smart hub 2. Do I now need to re-pair my disks or will they sort themselves out?

I have been having issues with the smart hub 2. I have 2 hp computers, hp envy printer and a Samsung work mobile that I cannot connect to my Wi-fi. I didn’t have any issues with my last hub! Very frustrating!
In connection with a different issue I already have raised with BT, I was asked for my SH2 serial number it appears that BT have decided to send me the new firmware for the SH2, and so I now have v0.26.04.04227.
However, I'm now experiencing random loss of wi-fi connection for devices such as iPads and iPhones. All ethernet devices ok and connection has remained online. I also see that nearly all my wi-fi connections now are 2.4GHz and used to be fairly evenly spread.
What's happening BT??
MY SH2 is for use with FTTP.
Currently unable to print from either PC or phone when on 5G. Appears I'm having the issue demonstrated here. Could you add me to the firmware update please? @NeilO

Thanks for speeding along my hub's update. I can report that the update applied successfully and I can now see my Naim Mu-So Qb from the Naim app again. A partially happy customer (I have a separate issue with line dropping every night so only partially...)

Hi @NeilO, I received a phone message on Wednesday 12th May to say my SH2 would receive the firmware update in the next couple of days and that my 'case' was now closed. As yet nothing has been updated and the firmware is still v026.03.01286-BT. I've restarted the SH2 several times to see if it's snuck in but it hasn't and I see that many others who have reported the problem since then have been updated. Can you follow it up for me, please? Thanks.
