@PaddyB new firmware all recd and printing issue resolved but speed has dropped massively ?
Hi @troutcatcher I'm really sorry you should have received it by now. I've contacted the Hub team to chase that up for you but it will likely be tomorrow before they pick this up.
Thanks
Neil
@billybob99 thanks for posting, I'm sorry to see you're experiencing slow speeds. The router stats don't show any issues with the network as you're getting very close to the max attainable 54Mb and the noise margin is down at 3.1 which indicates there isn't any room for improvement. Are you only noticing the issues on wireless devices?
Thanks
Neil
Thanks, @NeilO, you're a star.
Hi,
I received the update last week after having issues with a 5 speaker Sonos system.
Initially (after the update) the issue of missing speakers was still there.
I ran the wifi analyser on my Mac which advised that I should use different channels to those the SH2 had chosen,
Switched to the channels recommended by the Mac and I am pleased to say that all is now fine and all working as it should.
I have concerns as to why the SH2 picked channels that were different to the Mac analyser.

Looks like i am having same issues, have turned off 5ghz band after having various problems connecting smart lights, hubs, printers and phones, this seems to have worked but would prefer to be able to use both bands as i know the 5ghz band is preferred for streaming and gaming.
Any help would be appreciated.
Paul
Software updated and everything seems to be operating great now. Thanks for sorting issue.
Do you recommend a reset or if its all working just leave it alone?
Thanks again Paul
Neil, can anyone get added to have their firmware updated as a priority. I have a Sonos system and experiencing the problem of having to turn of the 5HHZ band to get it to work which is a real pain as my Wi-fi throughput goes down when I’m only using the one band?
