Hi all - having serious continued issues with Smart Hub 2 and devices across 5 and 2.4 Ghz. Spent ages on with BT support and got remotely upgraded to v0.26.04.04227-BT however the fix only lasted a few hours (which indicates to me it didn't fix it, it was the reboot that helped).
Now having issues with speed over wifi and dropping internet connection on devices.
Is there any further info on a permanent fix for this issue and firmware update please?
I feel your pain - have just been chatting on Twitter in response to BT’s new ‘unbreakable broadband’ advertising - unfortunate timing! ‘Why suffer broadband rage’ - indeed!
I think we all would like to know when 4227 will be fixed, to date it’s been very quiet on a permanent fix @DavidM?
I just heard BT advert on Virgin Radio saying unbreakable WI-FI 😂😂 Made me laugh
maybe it is a marketing ploy. Issue a buggy firmware release that breaks users home wifi and then sell them an upgrade at a higher price?

Hi. I am still having intermittent issues with the two bands communicating following the latest firmware update. It’s better than it was but occasionally it just refuses to communicate unless a hub restart is performed. Any further help would be appreciated. I am on the 04227 update as of May 10th.

@JohnC2. I'm also still having major. Issues since the latest firmware upgrade and could do with contact. Its been nearly 2 months since my network has worked properly and my sonos system is next to useless. My WiFi speeds are now rubbish since this upgrade

Still I am unable to print from 5ghz devices to my printer on 2.4gz
This is a joke BT, these routers are not WiFi 6 or fit for purpose for dual band.
