@G8ZIG What firmware version do you have on the SH2 router?
When you say you can’t use the devices, is that an issue with them not connecting to the dual band WiFi, or a controller not being able to see/control them?
If it’s that they won’t connect to the WiFi, temporarily turn off the 5Ghz band, connect the devices and then turn the 5Ghz band back on. Alternatively leave the 5Ghz band turned off.
if it’s that the controller can’t see the devices, the latest firmware should fix that.
The firmware on the new router is v0.31.00.10253-BT
The switching the 5Ghz side off temporarily allowed me to set up my camera so I am grateful for that information.
I have this problem when trying to install smart devices. I have checked the smartware version that I am running and it is v0.31.00.10253-BT
Please push out the update to me asap.
Jonny
There is no update
@greeneyedbuddhist What problem and what smart devices?
My SH2 router is running the same firmware with no issues.
I have Echo Dots (3rd gen), Echo Flex, SONOS speakers, Hive hub, Phillips Hue hub, Smart TV, Deebot vacuum, HP Printer all connected with no issues.
Please send me a push firmware update so that my hub can connect to 2.4 and 5ghz
the hub isn’t running the firmware you listed that resolves the problem, although according to the manager both are switched on.
are you running current firmware ending 12274-BT
@imjolly , yes I’m running it. Updated 24-Apr-2022.

Looks like it should be latest firmware?
I just can’t connect a new smart bulb as it can’t find the 2.4 Ghz.
Hi @trevorflt1 Are you turning off the 5 GHz band during the connection process? Once the device is connected you can turn the 5 GHz band back on.
