How can I speak to someone who can actually help me?
After 1 week without service, 3 engineers booked so far, two 'no shows' and another completely useless one who couldn't work his equipment, who can I escalate this to?
I'm going round in circles and having taken so much time off work in the past week, I cannot afford anymore.
Contact the forum mods, they will reply within 3 days. They will be your one point of contact until your issue is resolved.
Contacted the Mods as suggested.. it's been 3 days... & nothing!
