I renewed my broadband package 2 months ago to full fibre to the home at a high end of the packages. I had to do it over the phone because there was no option on my online account to upgrade. The offer was the Stadia, controller and chromecast. I was told by the agent that I could have this and was reiterated at the end of the order completion. I then saw that online I could have had an Xbox one X and made multiple calls to see if this could be changed from the Stadia deal to the Xbox. I was told it was only Available for online orders even though I explained I couldn't order online as there was no option to upgrade online. During this time I never received an email for me to claim the Stadia (as promised during my order via telephone). Eventually I spoke to an agent who was going to listen to my telephone order to see if it was agreed that I could have the free gift and to allow 5 working days for a response. This was weeks ago. Still nothing! I even said I would be happy to have sky sports to have the xbox one x, but in any respect I'm still waiting for the Stadia response/email to claim it! NOT HAPPY
