2 week uptime limit?

I've experienced a pretty stable service since my switch to a HH3 from a HH5 about six months ago.

However, the uptime never exceeds 14 days and 2 hours. Is this something the exchange or hub is controlling?

After 2 weeks I get the good old "PPP LCP Send Termination Request [User request]" message and then it happily trundles along for another 2 weeks.

I don't want to start posting my stats or having this investigated by BT, for fear of something reverting back and me struggling to get 24 hours uptime - I'm just interested to know if it's a 'feature'?

Re: 2 week uptime limit?

I am using a HH5a and get the same - when connection time reaches circa 14 days my hub resets.  fortunately my stats all come back just the same as before reset - annoying but not causing any problem.  as far as I know there is nothing BT can do
