Do you think i'm justified is requesting my line profile gets reset?

Re: 20mbps drop in speed

if you have a Homehub 5 can you also post the stats from 1-12 by logging onto the homehub management pages then troubleshooting > helpdesk. http://bthomehub.home/

The stats for the Home Hub 6 can be found on the Information page from http://192.168.1.254 then Advanced Settings -> Technical Log.

Re: 20mbps drop in speed

BT cannot reset the DLM that can only be done by an Openreach engineer if a line fault is found

Re: 20mbps drop in speed

Here's the info from the tech log, today's restart was the hub6 doing a firmware update

From my understanding that noise margin is a good figure, the dlm just doesn't seem to want to increase even though the connection IMHO is relatively stable

Re: 20mbps drop in speed

It looks more like cross talk and there is nothing you can about that as it happens as more users are connected to the cabinet
