My latest bill shows 23 calls to various local businesses, some of only a few seconds, on one day, which I did not make. We reported a fault on the line because of interference and an engineer is visiting tomorrow.
I'm hoping to persuade BT that I did not make these calls (plus other similar ones that may not have appeared on the bill yet).
No. Although the phone rang once only on several occasions. An engineer said it was now repaired but the problem has started again hence another visit. Not sure what type of fault results in this and am concerned that lots of calls are being made from our number as we speak.
