We've recently been pestered by numerous nuisance calls from a BT Partner organisation. All the more annoying as we're registered with the TPS.
I've discovered that the organisation involved is called 2Touch, based in NE England.
Essentially we're getting pretty tired of this and would like to know how these calls can be stopped. I would imagine it should be relatively simple for BT to place some sort of marker on its customer database that such calls are not required by certain customers.
In my opinion nuisance callers such as 2Touch do little for BT's reputation.
That gives me hope that I can get these people off my back.
Do you happen to know which number in particular I should use to request this.
