2mb Internet!

Would like to just say BT are appauling 

I order my BT fibre for activation 9th May, for me to call them today to say "oh its full, the engineer cant connect you", why did you call me? Customer service at its finest 

Yet they let me order the dam thing 2 weeks back when there was space avaiable! 

Utter waste!

Speeds up to 17mb on standard my **bleep**.... 2mb am getting, can not have catch up tv without it buffering!

On the plus side... to speak to UK call centre just ask for upgrades for any problems...
